WHAT TYPE OF IDENTIFICATION IS ACCEPTABLE?

Every signer must be identified through one of the identification documents or other methods listed in California Code 1185[b]: 

 
1. A California driver’s license or non-driver’s ID
2. A U.S. passport (or passport card)
3. A U.S. military ID
4. A driver’s license or official non-driver’s ID issued by a U.S. state
5. An identification card issued by a federally-recognized tribal government
6. An inmate identification card issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation if the inmate is in prison or any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility)A valid foreign passport from the applicant’s country of citizenship
7. An employee ID issued by an agency or office of a California city, county, or city and county
8. A Canadian or Mexican driver’s license issued by an appropriate public agency  

We accept all major Credit cards for minimum payment of $15.00 and or Cash only, No bills larger than $20 are accepted. 

PLEASE No personal, travel or cashier CHECKS Accepted.

Please note: Appointments held between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM are considered off-peak hours and will incur an additional fee of $75, regardless of the notary services provided.
